Consulting and Implementation
Consultants play an important role in the implementation of an information system, be it CRM or whatever.
Not only should consultants understand the particular business processes of a customer and try to apply them into the information system,
but they also have to balance between minimal BPR effort and maximal productivity.
Experienced with numerous successful implementations, UFIDA CRM has developed a methodology for implementing CRM systems.
It has proven to be able to effectively reduce the time while ensuring the implementation quality.
Most implementation can be completed within 20-40 working days by applying the methodology.
A typical implementation process will go through following six steps:
1. Preparation
UFIDA CRM consultants work with customer to assemble a project team.
Overall customer requirements and implementation timeline are then determined.
UFIDA CRM consultants will also understand the business processes and help customer conduct staff motivation.
2. BPR
Working with customer, UFIDA CRM consultants will identify the weakpoints of existing business processes,
and carry out the improvement solution. Revised internal workflow and data flowchart are determined and approved by decision makers from customer.
3. Training
Consultants provide customer staff with training program on CRM theory and system operation.
4. Configuration
UFIDA CRM consultants help customer configure and initialize UFIDA TurboCRM system. Initial business data will also be set up in the system.
5. Testing
Customer and UFIDA TurboCRM consultants feed into initialized UFIDA TurboCRM system with simulated business data and test the system with various workflow.
Final adjustment will be made to the business processes and system configurations.
6. Final Release and Launch
With UFIDA TurboCRM system launched, customer switches to new business processes and starts to operate on the information platform.
